THE FLOWING RIVER

Hello everyone! I hope you had a good day. I am so happy you read my post and comment on them.  What I’m about to share with you today is something I learnt from a flowing river. I do hope you will get value from this more than usual.

I was on a journey with a friend and I saw a river that was blocked. It was not flowing. I had compassion on the river, but there was nothing I could do about it.

We continued on our journey and saw another river. This river this time was flowing. Later on, I reasoned “Why are the two rivers different? After all they are both rivers and rivers are expected to flow”. Then, I invited some thoughts to my mind, could it be that the first river was not big enough or there was something blocking it. With that, I remembered that the first river had so many dirt in it. Then, I came to a conclusion that the reason the first river did not flow was that it never gave out dirt.

So, my question for you today is 👎

Are you like the first river that never gave something out or the second river that was always giving out?

We must learn to give out if we want to flow. Be a giver, a forgiver, and a generous person. See you next time but before then, don’t forget be like the flowing river.

  1. Well this is also a law in the spirit if you give you will receive much more. May God help us to do the needful.
Thank you for sharing this thought
